NHS charges are set by the Scottish Government and are
standardised for all NHS patients. The charges are assessed
each year and usually change every April. We provide
all our patients with a detailed estimate of treatment
costs prior to carrying out any course of treatment
as each individual's needs are so varied.
Children, pregnant women, nursing mothers and people in receipt
of certain benefits are exempt from paying NHS charges.
